This picture...

-is stolen from Mollie's blog.
-makes me smile because this is the most precious baby that I have ever been around (since Allie of course).
-makes me smile because she really does smile like that every time you look at her.
-makes me sad because I miss her terribly when I'm not with her!

Hip Hip Hooray!

I did enjoy working the past few weeks for Market, but I am sooo glad that it is OVER! I am ready to be back working on our house and spending time with my little family. Major props to all the working Moms out there... I have no idea how you juggle working full time, taking care of your husband and babies, keeping your house clean and organized, grocery shopping and cooking on top of all of it! I can barely handle a few weeks, you all have to be totally exhausted. I hope your husbands really appreciate you!

It's 9:15am, I am getting ready for furniture market, eating Ben & Jerry's Dublin Mudslide AND a Krispy Kreme doughnut. Breakfast of Champions!

Hmmm... When exactly does the moving end?

Anyone remember me boasting about how this house was "move- in ready"?! Right when I think we are almost done, something else comes up. For example, there was a void in the wall in laundry and after two weeks of getting it fixed, we finally went to hook up the washing machine and discovered the cold water connect is faulty. Which of course now means we wait for a plumber to come out to fix it. Oh and when we had our in-line water filtration system put in (our choice), the plumber cut into one of the pipes and noticed that they were very thin and would probably need replacing. No the house does not appear to be a lemon, we knew a these things were going to need to be repaired... it's just that we are getting a great big welcome to world of home-owning! :)

PS... Considering I grew up in this neighborhood, you would think I would have remembered that with the privacy of all of these beautiful trees surrounding you comes spiders and crickets IN YOUR HOUSE.

PPS... All of the packing, unpacking, moving, shopping, spending, decorating, fixing, mowing, weeding, trimming, cleaning, painting and bug killing is all totally worth it. We are so happy in our new house!
